摘要: 针对航天器的装配精度准确预测问题,提出一种基于三维模型的航天器装配精度预测方法。分析了航天器结构的装配连接特点,建立了包括装配体模型、零件模型、结构模型和公差模型四个层次的航天器装配精度信息模型;构建了三维模型坐标系,分析了航天器装配关键节点的公差作用影响以及不同几何坐标系下的装配公差作用转化机理;利用最小偏差传递路径原理搜索得到了航天器的装配公差传递路径,并采用极值法实现了装配精度预测。以航天器的舱段对接和设备安装为例,对所提方法和算法进行了验证。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of assembly precision prediction for spacecraft,a new method based on 3D model was proposed.By summarizing the features of spacecraft assembly,the integrated assembly tolerance information model including assembly model,part model,structure model and tolerance model was constructed.Based on the construction of 3D model coordinate system,the tolerance variation effects of critical assembly node along with the tolerance variation transformation among different coordinate systems were analyzed.With the use of minimum deviation path,the deviation propagation path of spacecraft assembly was obtained and the prediction of the assembly precision was implemented by using extreme value method.Results from the tests on spacecraft section docking and equipment installation validated this new approach.
